3 Best workout in the morning
If you are a bodybuilding dreams you already know that morning is the best for your workout. If you don't know then I telling you that morning workout help you more than anytime exercise. If you work hard in morning then your success chance Is 85%.
Now you have to decide that how important is morning workout.
Workout #1
I call it's The Pyramid workout.
50 Jumping jacks
40 Body squats
30 Push ups
20 Mountain climbers
10 Burpees
Repeat the above set another two more times, so you do three sets in total.
For those of you who don’t know what mountain climbers are, they are basically where you hold a push up position, and then bring one leg forward. You then alternate to the other leg. Check this video for full instructions.
I really enjoy this workout as it’s simple, quick and super effective.
Do all 5 exercises without a rest, take a minute rest, then get going with your second set.
It literally shouldn’t take more than 10 or 15 minutes, so it’s perfect for busy men.
Workout #2

25 Push ups
10 Body squats
60 Second body plank
50 high knees
Repeat the above set another three more times, so you do four sets in total.
Things such as jumping jacks, high knees, running on the spot etc are great to incorporate into your workout. The reason being it gets the heart rate up, and also gets the blood moving.

Alright, this one is a killer.
I STILL struggle to get through this, but dam it’s a good one.
40 Burpees
40 Push ups
40 Body squats
Rest
30 Burpees
30 Push ups
30 Body squats
Rest
20 Burpees
20 Push ups
20 Body squats
Rest
10 Burpees
10 Push ups
10 Body squats
If you are feeling brave, you can start off your sets with 50 reps of each and work your way down to 10.
Or if you feel it’s all a bit hectic, then start off at 30 reps of each.
